He studied international trade at the Prague University of Economics and Business and production at FAMU before founding the production company endorfilm. He has produced a number of feature and documentary films, which have won over fifty festival awards. He collaborates with directors such as Radu Jude, Erika Hníková and Olmo Omerzu, and won the Czech Lion for his film Winter Flies (2018).
