Culinary Cinema 2022
The 29th Prague International Film Festival– Febiofest will again feature a popular special section titled Culinary Cinema, which combines current films with unique culinary experiences. The exclusive film-and-food event on 3rd May 2022 will serve the award-winning documentary The Truffle Hunters, which explores the culture of white truffle hunting. After the screening at Cinema City Slovanský dům, a dinner inspired by the film will be served at Restaurant Obecní dům.
The delicate four-course menu, of course dominated by truffles, will be created by Marek Fichtner, a popular chef with a wealth of experience gathered in kitchens all around the world. Fichtner is currently Head Chef at Červený jelen, a concept restaurant in the heart of Prague, and is widely known as a juror on the MasterChef competition. The evening will again be moderated by the one and only Jolana Voldánová.
