evening of film and dining
For the sixth year in a row, the Prague International Film Festival – Febiofest features a special section called Culinary Cinema, which combines the viewing of the latest films with a unique dining experience. The founder of the project are the former Berlinale director Dieter Kosslick and curator Thomas Struck. Kosslick has now become a programme consultant for Febiofest IFFP as well as a patron of its Culinary Cinema evening.
Maintaining the tradition, Culinary Cinema will offer one special menu put together by renowned master chef Ondřej Koráb. The screenings of Le Chocolat de H. will take place on Sunday 20 November at the Cinema City Slovanský dům multiplex, while four-course menu inspired by the film, paired with a special selection of wines, will be served at the Empire Hall.
As always, the culinary evenings will be hosted by presenter Jolana Voldánová.
THE MAIN PARTNER OF CULINARY CINEMA IS POTTEN & PANNEN – STANĚK GROUP AND ITS GOURMET ACADEMY.
