Kelly has been missing for a year. Now she is coming to Northern Ireland to see her sister Lauren. Her unexpected return is not the only mystery that forces both women to painfully confront the wrongs and the people from their pasts. A similar shock for them was the death of both parents who died under strange circumstances. The rough drama in which individual and collective tragedies are intertwined is a courageously frank confession of a generation growing up in a country traumatised by political violence.

Cathy Brady

The Northern Irish director has already won awards in her homeland for her short films Small Change (2010) and Morning (2012). In 2016, she directed the first season of Can’t Cope, Won’t Cope, a Netflix dark comedy series about a friendship between two women. Her feature debut, Wildfire, premiered in Toronto and won her the Irish Film and Television Award for Best Director.
