Canadian director Atom Egoyan will conduct a masterclass at the festival in connection with the presentation of his latest film Guest of Honour. One of the most important contemporary Canadian filmmakers in world cinema, Egoyan has written and directed dozens of films and other projects, and has earned many accolades (including five awards at Cannes and two Oscar nominations). The discussion will focus on his first steps in film and his specific approach to filmmaking.
