The ambitious Voyager space program began in 1972. Its goal was to obtain data on Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune – all still little-researched at that time. Five years later, the Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 probes were sent out into the cosmos to achieve this goal. After fulfilling their main mission, they continue to explore remote space and bring us scientifically valuable information. This involving and informative documentary commemorates the men and women of NASA whom we can thank for many great exploratory successes of the recent past.
