Thana is a mute seamstress who sets off on a wild path of revenge against all men after she is raped twice in a single day. A .45 calibre pistol becomes her best friend. The film plays with the exploitation genre and the “revenge for rape” narrative, relying on Zoë Tamerlis's performance, who was seventeen at that time and whom you can see also in Ferrara's Bad Lieutenant. Controversial at that time, Ms.45 has become a cult classic.
