Siblings Jesus and Maria José live in a house that belonged to their recently deceased father. The routine is disrupted by the arrival of their sister Magdalena who demands a third of the inheritance. But neither Jesus nor Maria are willing to give it up, Magdalena falls down the stairs and the duo decides to play a peculiar game of rock, paper, scissors. Resembling Yorgos Lanthimos's Dogtooth (2009) with its extreme characters, this film adaptation of the eponymous play focuses on one house filled with madness and claustrophobia.

Macarena García Lenzi, Martín Blousson

Originally a theatre actress, her screenwriting and directing debut came with the adaptation of her play Piedra, papel y tijera, whose central sibling duo, Agustina Cerviño and Valeria Giorcelli, feature in the film as well. For screenwriter and editor Martín Blousson, this is a feature debut, too.
