Each year, thousands of fans gather at strategic spots along the Tour de France. Some of them want to take good shots of the riders, others long to be captured by the TV cameras accompanying the contenders. The wait can be even a few days long, culminating in a moment which lasts a few minutes at most. The French-Belgian directing duo have created a humorous portrayal of this unusual community.
