Movie synopsis: Britain is in the middle of cold war with China and the Ministry of Defense is working on the development of a robotic soldier. The war machine gets out of control and bloodshed ensues, so the leader of the development team summons a female expert on artificial intelligence. Their relationship soon outgrows a purely working relationship, and things start to get complicated. Set in the near future, the independent dystopian thriller combines romance and politics and proudly alludes to the tradition of science fiction, where ideas are more important than special effects. An effective yet minimalist picture originally that touches on the question of what distinguishes a man from a machine, while relying on a strong atmosphere and captivating visual and musical elements.
