Tehran is a city of strict laws and religious rules. People wanting to live freely transgress the rigid restrictions, facing the possible threat of severe punishments. In his animated film, the Iranian director Ali Soozandeh follows the stories of four young people trying to break the ingrained taboos. This story with its humanistic message mainly uses sensitive humor to point out current social issues.
