Online application for the festival jury open until February 28th

Miroslav Ondříček, a former Febiofest jury chairman

Once again this year, the festival’s Grand Prix will be awarded by a 33-member jury composed of film fans. As every year, the jury will be headed by a well-known honorary chair, with past chairmen and chairwomen including Jan Kaplický, Věra Čáslavská, Dagmar Havlová, Miroslav Ondříček and Theodor Pištěk. Everybody between the ages of 15 and 100 regardless of educational background, profession or interests is eligible to become a juror at this year’s festival. Interested parties can apply by February 28 at the latest via a questionnaire. The chosen candidates will get tickets to the films in competition and invitations to the festival’s closing evening or get to see behind the scenes at a film festival.
