REFRESHMENT

I went through the refreshment stalls at the main stage of Febio Musicfest in the garages, and I found out that the selection is indeed very diverse. In the chill out, I was shown how to prepare sushi with smoked salmon and avocado. In the tearoom, I was offered homemade cookies, different types of teas, and also shishas. Mamma-coffee café prepares aromatic Ethiopian fair-trade coffee. The stall beside offers addictive plums in bacon or a grilled banana with chocolate and a plum. In the vegetarian restaurant, the visitors can try hot halva, raita, vegetable with rice, and naan. As for drinks, the festival offers quality wine, lemonades, and not only the usual beer, but also the special wheat variant, Fénix, which has a very subtle flavor of ginger and coriander.
