Febiofest Echoes begin in Brno and Hradec Králové

Febiofest in Brno
From Tuesday, April 8th through Friday, April 10th, several films from Prague Febiofest move to Brno (Kino Art).

In Kino Art you’ll be able to watch 7 films from five of the festival's sections: New Europe Competition, World Cinema Panorama, Made in USA & Special Screenings


The opening film of the Brno program will be the August Fools. Note: English Unfriendly.

August Fools, a comedy by Finnish director Taru Mäkelä, was made as a Czech co-production and is set in Helsinki in 1962. Elsa, from Finland, meets the love of her past, Jan, whom she considered already dead. Note: August Fools is not English Friendly.

Actor Petr Svoboda will launch Febiofest in Brno.

Febiofest returns to Hradec Králové from  Wednesday, April 9th through Friday, April 11th.

In the Cinestar Multiplex, Halls 5 & 6, you’ll be able to watch 8 films from five of the festival's sections: Balkan Rythms, World Cinema Panorama, Made in USA & Special Screenings
